Het is weer woensdag dus tijd voor een nieuwe challenge bij

Crafty Creations,

deze week is de uitdaging om je eigen achtergrondpapier te maken.

It's wednesday again, so time for another challenge at

Crafty Creations,

this week is it "make your own paper background".

The challenge is sponsored by The Stamping Boutique.

The images I used on my label and the images of the backgroundpaper are

all digi's from The Stamping Boutique.

Voor deze cadeauverpakking heb ik het patroon van

het blog van Martine alias madeliefjuh, als je op de link klikt,

zie je haar werkbeschrijving.

Ik heb de maten een beetje aangepast, anders pasten

de nagelvijl, handcreme, douchegel en badparels er niet in.

Ik hoop dat jullie allemaal weer mee gaan doen met deze

challenge, het is echt een leuke uitdaging om je eigen

achtergrondpapier te maken, voor inspiratie kun je nog

even kijken op het challengeblog en zien wat voor

mooie dingen de andere DT leden hebben gemaakt.

For this giftpackage I used the tutorial from the blog of

Martine alias Madeliefjuh, when you click on the link above,

you see her tutorial.

I resized it a little bit, because otherwise my

nail file, handcreme, showergel and bath pearls didn't fit in it.

Look what the mail(wo)men brought today!

Ik had een poosje geleden een prijs gewonnen, een waardecheque die

 in te wisselen was bij de Simon Says Stamp Store in Amerika, super leuk he!

Op de foto zie je de spulletjes die ik hier heb uitgezocht,

een MS pons, een distress tool (ik deed het altijd nog met de schaar, haha),

een blending tool en een heleboel knopen.

Ook hebben ze er nog een extraatje bij gedaan, Rhinestones (roze) en bloemetjes.

En dit alles werd gratis naar mij toegestuurd...

Heel hartelijk bedankt hiervoor!

Met enige trots kan ik jullie vertellen  dat ik van de Simon Says Stamp Store de

toezegging heb gekregen om "mijn" challenge bij Crafty Creations te

sponsoren, helemaal te gek toch!

C.C. Spring Kit has arrived!

Zoals ik gisteren al vertelde had ik lekker buiten een aantal

van mijn nieuwe C.C. stempels zitten inkleuren.

Ik heb dit jongetje gemaskerd met het hekje en daarna

ingekleurd met distress inkt.

As I told you yesterday I was sitting in the garden and I've colored

some of my new C.C. stamps.

I masked the boy with a fence and colored it with distress ink.

Ik heb de leuke sketch van Cutie Sunday  gebruikt, alleen

heb ik er nog geen tekst opgestempeld.

I've used the lovely sketch of Cutie Sunday, only I didn't put

a text stamp on it.

Ik hoop deze week nog een paar van deze kaartjes te

plaatsen, ze liggen al ingekleurd klaar, nu

alleen nog even tot een kaart verwerken.

I hope to show you some more cards with a C.C. stamp,

they are already colored, now I only have to create a

card with them.

Stempelafdrukjes geruild met Janet

Een paar weken geleden heb ik dit kaartje al gemaakt voor Janet,
we hebben wat stempelafdrukjes geruild.
Ik was er alleen nog niet aan toe gekomen om hem op mijn blog te laten zien,

maar hier is ie dan toch nog!

En wat was het toch een prachtig weer vandaag he,

weer eens lekker buiten koffie gedronken en buiten op

het laptoppie jullie blogs bekeken en ja zelfs

buiten gekleurd vanmiddag.
Ik heb vorige week de nieuwe spring kit van C.C. binnengekregen
en wie kan die leuke stempeltjes nu laten liggen he!
Volgende week hoop ik een paar kaartjes hiervan te plaatsen.

Tot slot wil ik jullie aandacht nog even vragen voor het

A few weeks ago I already made this card for Janet,
we have exchanged some Stamp prints.
I was just not ready to come to him to show my blog, but here it is still,
and what was it a beautiful day today !
We drunk a cup of coffee outside and with my laptop on the gardentable I visited your blogs
 and I have even been coloring outside this afternoon.

Ik ben Design Team  lid geworden bij Crafty Creations Challenges waar elke
week een nieuwe uitdaging te vinden is
en (natuurlijk ook weer) leuke prijzen te winnen zijn!

Het lijkt me heel leuk om met deze dames samen te werken en natuurlijk nog leuker

als jullie met deze challenge mee gaan doen, haha!

Elke woensdag gaat er een nieuwe challenge van start, dus ook vandaag.

Karen's Doodles Challenge / paperpiecing

Bij het Karens Doodles Netherlands challengeblog is de zesde challenge

van start gegaan, met als item "paperpiecing".

Het was vandaag zulk mooi weer dat ik mijn foto van deze kaart

maar eens buiten heb gemaakt, is hij zo duidelijker?

Ik heb de sketch van de challenge van Sketch and Stash gebruikt,

 een hele mooi sketch vind ik persoonlijk.

Voor deze challenge is het ook de bedoeling dat je vertelt wat

voor 'nieuws' je hebt gebruikt voor je kaart, in mijn geval

is dat het bloemetjeslint, dit paste zo leuk bij het papier

van Marianne Design.

At the Dutch Karens Doodles Challengeblog is the sixt challege

started, 'Paperpiecing'.

Today it was such a lovely sunny day, I took my picture of my card

outside (in the garden) is it so clearly?

I've used the beautiful sketch of the challenge from Sketch and Stash.

For this challege it is intended that you mention the new stuff you've used

for your card. In my case it is the flowered ribbon, it fits so wel with

the design papers from Marianne Design.

GDT ScrapCards Challengeblog

Enkele dagen geleden is er een nieuwe challenge van start gegaan op het

Scrapcardschallengeblog met een sketch van Sandra.

A few days ago a new challenge started at Scrapcardschallengeblog with a sketch

made by Sandra.

 

Ik zag net op hun blog dat er nu al vier inzendingen binnen zijn,

maar het zou leuk zijn als er nog veeeel meer inzendingen bij komen.

Neem snel een kijkje op dit blog om te zien wat de andere DT leden

gemaakt hebben en misschien wel om zelf mee te doen?!?

Voor mijn kaart heb ik nog maar een keer mijn Penny Black cling stamp

gebruikt en ingekleurd met distress inkt.

Ik wens jullie allemaal nog een fijne zondag en ik wil jullie

allemaal bedanken voor al die leuke/lieve reacties die jullie

achterlaten op mijn blog.

Card for Marley's birthday

Marley is bijna jarig en zij houdt een hele leuke verjaardagscandy.

Dit is mijn kaartje voor haar geworden, ze heeft hem inmiddels gekregen,

mailde ze me.

Marley is this week celebrating her birthday and she has

a lovely birthday candy on her blog.

This is my card for her, she has already received it by post,

she told me.

Ik heb hiervoor een Magnoliaatje uit de paasserie gebruikt en een

paasachtergrondje, ingekleurd met distress inkt.

De vlinderpons is van Martha Steward, op die vlindertjes

heb ik plakpareltjes gedaan.

Oja, het papier is weer van Tilda, blijft super leuk he!

I inked up a Magnolia stamp from the Easter set with an Easter

background stamp, coloured with Distress ink.

The used butterfly punch is from Martha Steward and I sticked

little pearls to the butterflies.

The DP are from Tilda.

Doodle Palace DT card

Hier is dan mijn creatie weer met de nieuwste digi van het Doodle Palace.

Onze jongste zoon Daniël is helemaal verzot op dino's, dus die

vond mijn vlaggetje helemaal toppie!

Ik kom trouwens tot de ontdekking dat ik al een hele poos

geen nieuwe kaarten meer op mijn blog heb geplaatst.

Sorry, dames...maar ik had een aantal zieke kids in het gezin en

ik heb ook nog eens mijn 39e verjaardag gevierd!

Trouwens, ik wil Martine en Janet nog bedanken voor hun

prachtige dingen die ze me voor mijn verjaardag hebben gestuurd!

Ik heb intussen wel een paar kaarten gemaakt,

waaronder een kaart voor de nieuwe challenge van

ScrapCardschallengeblog (een hele leuke sketch trouwens,

zeker de moeite waard om eens mee te doen!),

die ik morgen zal laten zien en

niet te vergeten een kaartje voor Marley's verjaardagscandy.

It seems like I haven't placed a card for ages, but some of our kids went ill

and I celebrated my 39th birthday.

By the way I would like to say thanks to Martine and Janet for their nice

birthdaycards/presents they have send me!

In the meanwhile I didn't stop cardmaking, I made a card

for the new challenge of the Scrapcardschallengeblog

(a nice sketch,  worthwile joining this challege!)

which  I will show on my blog tomorrow and I also

Het is de bedoeling dat je een kaart maakt, waar de lente van af springt.

The challenge is to make a card about spring.

Hierboven zien jullie dus mijn kaart.

Ik heb een lief magnolia stempeltje gebruikt, wat ik heb

gemaskerd met een achtergrondstempel (eveneens magnolia).

De krokus op de voorgrond heb ik gekleurd, uitgeknipt en

met 3D tape eropgeplakt.

Oja, de vorm van de kaart heb ik uitgesneden met de Silhouette SD.

Ik ben nog steeds op zoek naar mensen die dit apparaat ook gebruiken,

maar tot op heden heb ik nog geen reacties gekregen, jammer....

Het inkleuren heb ik met distress inkt gedaan.

On the top you can see my card.

I've used a cute magnolia stamp and I masked it with a

background stamp (also magnolia).

I have colored, cut and sticked with 3D tape a third crocus in the foreground.

The shape of my card I made with the Silhouette SD.

I am still looking for people who also use the Silhouette but up til now

no one responded.

The coloring is made with distress ink.
